Order Processing Time
- We carefully prepare, hand-inspect, and pack all orders within 1-3 business days of successful payment.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Fees & Duties
- We offer Free Worldwide Tracked Shipping for orders over $99 USD.
- For our EU customers: To ensure a smooth, surprise-free delivery right to your door, Élaramuse covers all EU import taxes and duties for you. Because of these covered taxes, our free shipping threshold for EU countries is set at $129 USD.
- For global orders (excluding the EU) totaling less than $99 USD, a flat standard shipping fee of $7.99 USD will apply.
- For EU orders under $129 USD, tiered standard tracked shipping fees will apply at checkout.
Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, secure global shipping typically takes 5–12 business days.
- Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary based on your specific location, carrier performance, and customs clearance processes.
Carriers and Tracking
- We partner with major global logistics carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, TNT, 4PX, CNE, USPS, ROYAL MAIL, and CANADA POST.
- Important: Please provide a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- The carrier selection will be determined based on the destination and package weight.
- For your total peace of mind, we provide full door-to-door visibility. You will receive an email with a direct tracking link once your order has shipped, or you can seamlessly monitor your package's journey anytime on our "Track Your Order" page.
Risk and Customer Responsibility
- Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. However, please contact us if this problem occurs, and we will do our best to assist you where possible.
- Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address and phone number at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for refunds or re-shipment if the order contains incorrect or incomplete address or phone number details provided by the customer.

At ÉLARAMUSE, we ship our handcrafted jewelry worldwide so your modern talisman can reach you wherever you are. Every piece is carefully packaged to arrive in pristine condition.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). Each piece is individually inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to gemstone availability. If this occurs, we will notify you via email immediately.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Depending on weight and destination, we ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, China Post, USPS, Royal Mail, or Canada Post. All shipments include tracking.
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing — Free on orders over $99 USD
- Orders under $99: Flat rate of $7.99 USD
Important: Please provide a physical address. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package. You can also track your order on our tracking page.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping times vary by destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
