Shipping Fees

  • We offer Free Worldwide Shipping for orders over $99 USD.
  • For orders totaling less than $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 USD will apply.

Shipping Time and Estimated Delivery

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, standard shipping time is generally 7–14 business days.
  • Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary based on your specific location, carrier performance, and customs clearance processes.

Carriers and Tracking

  • We partner with major global logistics carriers, including but not limited to FedEx, DHL, TNT, 4PX, CNE, USPS, ROYAL MAIL, and CANADA POST.
  • Important: Please provide a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
  • The carrier selection will be determined based on the destination and package weight.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Risk and Customer Responsibility

  • Transfer of Risk: Once we transfer the products to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered but subsequently lost or stolen. However, customers should contact us if this problem occurs, and we will cooperate to assist where possible.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address and phone number at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for refunds or re-shipment if the order contains incorrect or incomplete address or phone number details provided by the customer.
